We kindly ask that clients treat our team with respect. Abusive language, aggressive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or end services if this standard is not met.
Please turn off your devices when visiting the spa to help preserve our relaxing environment.
For the comfort and safety of everyone we request that children under the age of 12 do not enter the spa if they are not receiving a treatment.
We rely on our customers to inform us of any health conditions prior to service. If you have any concerns, please consult your physician.
Cancellation Policy
HQ salonspa adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Please arrive on time for appointments. If you are late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted, shortened or rescheduled.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered late cancelations. Late cancelations and/or “no shows” will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount on the credit card used when booking.
Multiple no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings, including requiring pre-payment prior to scheduling appointments.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards must be presented at HQ salonspa to redeem products or services (cannot be used for gratuities nor any unused value be exchanged for cash).
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen cards, or for their unauthorized use.
Pricing will be honoured for six months from the date of purchase after which time the client is responsible for paying the difference.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds. We do accept returns for store credit or exchanges.
To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeline: The return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, resalable packaging. If the item is damaged, used, or shows signs of tampering, it will not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (digital or physical).
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit:
- Hot Tools (warranty must go through the manufacturer)
- Sale Items
- Services
- Gift Cards
